Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused and undamaged items. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Refunds
Refunds are issued once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to be processed after we receive your return. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Exclusions
Custom or personalised products cannot be returned or refunded.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
How to return an item
To arrange a return or exchange, please email us at 7designsinteriors@gmail.com with your order number and details.
Damaged or Broken Items
We take great care in packaging your order securely. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process your claim, please provide:
Photos of the damaged product
Photos of the packaging (inside and outside)
Your order number
Once received, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
