Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of our handmade candles, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless
the item arrives damaged or defective. If there’s an issue, please contact us within 7 days of
delivery with a photo.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 3–5 working days. Once shipped, standard UK delivery usually
takes 2–4 business days depending on the courier.
Are your candles made with natural ingredients?
Yes! Our candles are made using natural soy wax and high-quality fragrance oils. They’re
vegan-friendly and free from harmful additives.
Can I customize a candle or request a bulk order?

What should I do if my candle arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, email us a photo within 7 days and we’ll arrange a
replacement or refund.

Candle Care
To get the best experience and safest use from your candle, follow these simple tips:

Trim the wick to 5mm before each use to ensure a clean, even burn.
Always allow the wax to melt all the way across the top (especially the first time) to
avoid tunneling.
Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time.
Never leave a burning candle unattended.

Keep away from drafts, flammable objects, children, and pets.
Stop burning the candle when about 1cm of wax remains.   

Allow the candle jar to cool completely before touching or moving.

Reed Diffusers-How to Use

Place your diffuser on a stable surface, away from direct sunlight and heat sources.

Remove the stopper and insert the reeds into the bottle.

Allow 24 hours for the fragrance to absorb and begin diffusing.

For a stronger scent, carefully flip the reeds every weeks (use a tissue to avoid contact with skin).

Wash your hands after handling.
 

Care & Safety

Keep out of reach of children and pets.

Avoid placing directly onto painted, polished, or synthetic surfaces — use a coaster or protective mat.

Do not light the reeds.

Wipe any spills immediately to avoid damage to surfaces.

Store away from heat, flames, and direct sunlight.
 

Longevity

Your diffuser will last approximately 4–6 months, depending on room size and ventilation.

Please note: Diffusers may evaporate more quickly in warmer rooms or when replaced near heat sources or direct sunlight.

To extend life, place in a smaller room or less drafty area, keep away from radiators or open windows.
